Mr Adiko has special interest in community pharmacy practice and has over 22 years of experience, 13 years of which he worked as a Medical Representative for Janssen, a multinational pharmaceutical subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Company. In line of duty, he formed strong working relationships with policy makers in the Health Ministry, Ghana Health Service, Food and Drug Authority, and with practitioners in public and private health institutions and key stakeholders in the health sector. Roland is an active member of Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH).

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Rodina Consult Limited, a healthcare and project management company and superintends its subsidiary, Rodina Chemist, a wholesale/retail pharmaceutical company in Accra involved in the delivery of pharma-care to the community.

Mr. Adiko trained as a diabetic educator. He offers professional support to his clients living with diabetes, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases for improved quality of life.
